I like those threads too. It seems that GAF can only talk specifically about a game if it's 10 years old. Has to be more than 10 years or Amir0x will come remind us that 3D games from the late 90s are unplayable.

No. You're wrong. I made SMT appreciation thread and it was nothing but game talk. I made a LttP Megaman thread and all we did was game talk. I made a LttP Shenmue thread and we did was game talk. I made a Yakuza official thread and all we did was game talk. I made so many threads at gaf that were specifically about games and game mechanics it's not funny, and there were a lot of participants in those threads as well. Unless they've been plutoed too, then I see no reason why those guys can't chip in and make gaf all about the games.

There are some gamers at gaf who really only like to discuss the games rather than the bullshit. Actually, there's a lot. It's just that they're totally clouded by the bullshit no one cares about.

I just got off a month long pluto because Evilore can't stand the idea of someone asking him for an answer to why the forum was having problems, and now I get a pluto without any warning for something that was fucking FINE the last time I did it.

I've gotten banned for stuff that wasn't in the TOS. It wasn't for something that was in the TOS and I called them on it, but they said that the rules are constantly changing or something. I'm just glad a place like this exists. Don't even bother expecting them to change. Not really related to this, but remember in that thread about "Would we know if a poster died?" Lore should have some kinda plans to hand it over to wasabi or something.
