That's part of Amazon's own sale.  Recently they've started selling both regular and Steam versions on the digital store.  In past sales Amazon has undercut Steam's prices, and vice versa.

The Amazon rep dude on gaf mentioned other sales:

Max Payne 3 - 50% off / $25 or $30, depending (don't know if this registers on steam)

Anyone here play Dawn of War II? Haven't heard much about it since it came out, I love Relic's RPSs but I know this is quite different...

I never played the original, just Company of Heroes and it's similar in a lot of ways to that. The differences are mainly that you pick a commander and they have different abilities (like long range guy vs. melee, etc.) and you don't really do much base building more about front-lines stuff. You basically have like a main HQ and that's about it IIRC.

Last time I played the MP it was three on three, capturing points like in CoH, with each person being one of the different commanders.

Haven't played too much of it though.

Anyone here play Dawn of War II? Haven't heard much about it since it came out, I love Relic's RPSs but I know this is quite different...

it takes their RTS gameplay elements (cover, specific 'powers' like grenades and rockets, suppressing fire, etc) in a diablo like game where you only control two squads of dudes and move them around a map to complete a goal. there's also loot.
