Dead Rising 3 is the biggest piece of shit in PC gaming. Makes GTAIV look optimized. Might actually put in the effort to ask for a refund from Steam. Game runs at like 15-30fps with screen tearing in 720p, crashes and the cutscenes drop to 1-3fps at times and this is on a rig that can run Crysis/Metro and anything else with 30fps 1080p no problem, most games 60fps 1080p maxed no problem.

Might be an Nvidia issue. Been seeing some people saying it's fine and they're all on AMD. Usually it's the opposite!

I've noticed that it chugs a bit on my GTX 750 ti. Turning a few things down helped a bit, but it's definitely not great.

Unlocked the framerate and re-locked with Nvidia, dropped all the settings from high-medium and most effects off and finally game is totally DR1 on Xbox360 levels of playable at 1080p even with some AA.

Game is pretty fun. Port is awful though.

They're probably foreign keys, and they're probably legit. It's a grey area, but as long as you're not using VPNs to buy foreign keys, Valve's not going to do anything about it. Peeps on GAF buy/trade these keys all the time, and no one's ever got in trouble for doing it. (I've done it once or twice.) At worst, if it gets too bad, publishers will just pushing for more region locked keys (some do it now, some don't).

Pure's good but gets a little bullshit later on with the AI. Split/Second is AWESOME but gets REALLY bullshit with the AI. Nothing hurts a great racer more than developers who put awful rubberbanding AI in.
