drew is so jealous of someone getting actual training on how to shoot.
do youtube videos count? just kidding.
actually i do plan on completing advanced tactical within the next couple of years, id be a fool not to because of where i live, one of the biggest and best training facility and shoot house is just a couple hours away. i have gone through a beginning tactical rifle and pistol course already. im not to into it though for a few reasons - i disagree with a lot of current trends in tactics, stuff like that stupid robotic horizon head swivel after downing someone, pinkie finger tactical reloading, pushing out from your chest after drawing your pistol, and way too aggressive shooting stances (if i wan ted to tone my ass id join a yoga class) - however i want to learn tactics, like, a lot, but so far i find myself cherrypicking techniques
plus i really got turned off buy some of the cliques, i cant stand the weekend operators who're geared up tooth to toenail for no rational reason whatsoever, and the occasional range instructor whos an elitist cunt (bonus points for reminding you of his peace time "experience" in the marines)
edit: heres where i went -
http://www.tdiohio.com/ - i reallywant to take the low light class they offer but you have to pay i mean complete class for every skill
level in pistol just to get in
aaand this is where i'll probably go to get my CCW license -
