I'm listening to part 1 about Molyneux on the QAnonAnonymous podcast and apparently Molyneux says in one video he's listening to his wife sessions as a therapist (!) through the ventilation system at their home and sometimes is "heckling" (his wife's word) thoughts and opinions about the session down the vent (!!!).

Probably not (or at least unethical). Some guy on Reddit says it was supposed to be a joke but according to the following article, his wife was officially scolded -she had no license still by 2018 as a result, if Google is correct- for incorporating some of his doctrine in her therapy so on some level there was a hint of symbolic truth to it.
