My diet when I’m not dying has been a regular breakfast in the morning with my girlfriend (bacon, toast, potatoes, etc..) soylent for lunch / if I get hungry during the day, and then again for dinner and the evening unless her and I have a cooked meal. People talk shit about being a soy boy and whatever but I feel like it helped tremendously during the last week. I eventually want to switch to soylent completely until I lose another 25 - 30lbs and then work cooked meals back into my diet with a bigger emphasis on portion control.

I still feel not great but the last day or two I’ve really turned the corner and am improving. Less of a cough, easier to breathe. Moving into my new apartment later today, finally.

Appreciate it, guys. I think the combination of rest, staying really hydrated, and consuming nothing but soylent for the last week has helped tremendously. The consistency of what I was consuming coupled with the fact that I’ve mostly slept or was up drinking water and eating let my body do what it needed to do.I caution anyone with even the hunt of breathing problems current or previously in their life to take this seriously. Haven’t had this much trouble breathing since I was a child. At times I wondered if I was going to actually be able to breathe at all. Sleeping was scary the few few days.

Just found out that a lady who goes to same small church as I do just tested positive. She's elderly and has respiratory problems. We didn't have services this past Sunday, but we did two Sundays ago and she was there then.
