I hate some of my professors so much.  One professor sends an email out about "a great opportunity--you should all attend! free $15 rebate just for attending!" and it takes place the same date and time as the midterm for his class.

Between this psycho and the jackass who skips the exam review and pushes it up without notice, this is definitely the worst semester yet.  And these two on average are the better ones.  The other ones include a math course where the teacher mumbles and fails to explain anything, add to that my hate for math courses and the two hour class length and it's a nightmare; the only thing that stops me from going crazy is this one person who sits near me who freaks out daily and makes me feel like I'm the second worst.  I can't think of the right words to describe the last professor.

I don't even want to use the textbook in my classes.  The textbook is such crap, at least in Japanese schools.

I still have to use it at least once a term because the JTEs are afraid the students' parents will start complaining about having to buy a book they never use.

Scales are for shemales. I've been playing for 9 years and I only know one scale. And I don't even know what it's called. I know a couple of guys who followed scale charts religiously and all they play now are covers and predetermined horse shit riffs. It really fucks with your creativity and keeps you on a set path composition-wise. I say avoid it and just go with the flow. If you have an ear for music you'll pick shit up as you go along and they stick with you much longer.
