I did not care for the first two GNs of Sidonia. Just could not get into it thanks to the rather bland characters. Still, I might as well check out the anime due to it being on Netflix.

I wish Blame got an actual anime(by Madhouse) and not that strange ONA thing.

I've really enjoyed it from the start and only found out recently it has a poor reputation, which I don't really understand (aside from the fact it's mostly manga purists doing their manga puritanism thing.)

The animation is kinda bleh though. Otherwise it's fantastic, and yes this season has been even better.

Yu Yu Hakusho, but i wouldnt say either is better, they are equal but the best in shonen ever.

I lost interest in HxH during the greed island stuff and never finished but everything before that was fantastic. Definitely a great series. Loved the Dark Tournament in Yu Yu Hakusho but not really anything before it

At first I wasn't so sure about the format of the show, but the multiple worlds/strands approach allows them to do things you can't do with a serialized show. Stories can continue to a natural or theoretical end without fear of damaging future plotting.
