Also because Rogan had a couple of racist language quips while visiting some foreign or shanty town, his libertarianism sounds pretty shallow and perfectly convenient for his life style, he's giving a lot of coverage and publicity to wank dads and assorted provably deplorable types while intellectually not being up to par to really go toe to toe or/and a very softball style. I'm probably missing a lot of "circumstancial evidence" that gets reheated on ERA every time but that seems to be the gist of it.
None of it, AFAIK, is untrue or unfair. Having heard bits of the second Rogan / Alex Jones podcast and the context of their beef (largely driven by Jones to crazy hyperbole for publicity purposes and getting invited back for getting a huge signal boost), it's clear Rogan is really, really chill in how he manages his acquaintances and doesn't / cannot push back when faced by a personality sucking the air out of the room (though notably he did probe Jones on the whole SOROS WAS A NAZI COLLABO HUNTING JEWS WHEN HE WAS 13 claim and Alex had to admit, pitifully, he didn't really had a solid source. Doesn't stop him from screaming it on his own show every other week.). However Rogan doesn't seem to have that cynical streak of being a grifter or a raving ideologue... Banning all discussion about his show seems completely petulant and counter productive but you know it's that or every thing thread being derailed over and over again.
