Probably depends on how covid's effected lifestyle.
I used to eat out almost every meal. I didn't eat like shit, but I'd get fries or tortilla chips pretty regularly and would go on/off with sodas. Also bigger portions and more sides. I'd eat a lot of fried chicken sandwiches, burgers and pizza.
Now when I cook I just make meat, some vegetables and maybe some rice, bread here and there and mostly just drink sparkling water. Probably cut calories in half.
