Also, to comment on the black chick/white dude thing, I've dated two black girls in my life, and one Indian girl. That is it. I would say half of my hook-ups have been with black girls, and they number far more than my relationships haha. I'm a fairly average white dude with an above-average knowledge of black music and culture. Maybe it's just this younger generation (I'm 20), but I feel like race cohesion that way has dissolved a bit. It seems like I see as many interracial couples around campus as homogeneous ones.

To my knowledge, the blonde/White girl love in the middle East is because they think White girls are really easy. From speaking to Arab dudes that was always the case, not because they found them more attractive than other girls.

Although I've never heard of that kind of idolisation of White people anywhere else in the Arab world. Never to the extent that they'd rather an ugly blonde chick over a hot Arab. It's always just talk about how easy White chicks are.

No one is saying every single person in Saudi Arabia is terrible. I mean I didn't even say any were, you're the one who said it. I like you and Jinfash so I know not everyone is terrible. But the general views and consensuses people hold I think are bad. People aside, SA as a state is also terrible. You just have to read up on the kind of laws and rules that are enforced to come to that conclusion.

OK I'm kind of stereotyping yeah, but I mean I know chicks who go for assholes. Assholes from the beginning. Its not like they became assholes or showed their true colors later. I'm not generalizing or anything but there are many women who are guilty of this.

Really, it all depends on the girl... Out of the people I know (coworkers, college friends, HS friends), the people in long term relationships/marriages, are the quintessential "nice guys" - kinda shy, not big into partying, a bit on the subservient side, what Roissy would call a "beta". The dickheads, people who try too hard, people who act all 'dudebro'... they'll get phone #s but it never goes anywhere.

The biggest asshole I know (who tries to coax people into his snake-oil pyramid scheme, acts loud and brash as he goes on pub crawls dressed like a pirate, does everything he can to try and be the center of attention, uses people to benefit his own means) once was complaining on his FB "why do nice guys like me finish last?" I was LMAO.

The way that works out the best, for me at least, is to meet girls through mutual friends.

I've got many black friends and family members who have similar opinions on white chicks though. Some black guys will date an average to ugly looking white chick just because. Initially I didn't believe some saw it as a "movin' on up" class thing but it didn't take long for me to change my mind. One of my best friends only dates white chicks, and they've never good looking or interesting; as in, trailer park chicks, a plain skinny ass janitor from our old school, etc. He's a pretty successful guy (in dental school), and we both go to black student events that are filled with good looking smart women, but for whatever reason he's not into them at all.

I just finished my last (and only, since it was just one class this quarter) final exam, getting a 96/100. Pretty certain I will get an A in this course, which means I'll have gotten A's in every single course and will get my IT certification in April with a 4.0 grade average. Guess it's time to start on the job hunt!
