To me there's a disconnect between the Pegasus (looks watercoloured) and the stars (very sharp and defined) just based on somewhat blurry photos. If (don't do it on account of what some asshole on the internet thinks) you're thinking about getting more work done I'd like re-trace (is that even possible) the pegasus so it compliments the stars to make it more well defined.

A girl I used to work with had a witch on a broom flying along her thumb and crook of hand, with a trail of stars behind it. I think her reasoning was similar to yours, have the tat in a visible place so people know they are trouble lol.
