I don't really see how.

1. The game not being banned is promoting the game. The difference between the rape games on the ban list and Kingdom Come is that Kingdom Come has content worth discussing and therefore is being viewed as a valid artistic work worthy of conversation. They close Candace Owen threads and other sources that do not provide valid conversation in their eyes, but they do not close Kingdom Come threads.

2. Not engaging isn't bannable. That's the purpose of the ignore list. If you aren't doing anything wrong then you can always just ignore people.

I mean, you'd just get banned for being inflammatory and misrepresenting the staff by restating their positions on things in a manner that is inconvenient to them, but you'd be 100% right.
