Anarchists are not alone. Most ideologists believe that their preferred systems of government will work out so well that people won't have a reason to become dissatisfied or upset enough to cause internal conflict.

Serious answer to the last part: If they're coming at the question from an Ayn Rand place, they think of government as a crutch for the weak and ineffectual. As long as the strong refuse to voluntarily submit, they will always triumph, and the strong are always righteous and more deserving.
But c'mon. Picking apart anarchy is shooting bestickered skatefish in a barrel.
