also - i bought Game and Wario and it's absolute straight up garbage. I mean - not just -bad- but "HOLY FUCK -why- would you even release this piece of shit?" levels of bad.

fer example - in the first game (archery) the controls are a bit twitch as they are tied in to a frankly dull game but there's this weird pointless mechanic where a cannon fires at you and you have to put the pad up right so it deflects the cannon ball back. Now... the issue is that after you've done that you're wii pad is completely decalibrated so you are then having to point your pad completely away from the screen to continue the game. It eventually recalibrates but GOD DAMN, how would you not spot this? The other games are literally $0.79 ipad games you'd buy, play once, then delete. It's absolutely horrific and i am horrified that the Made in Wario series has went from it's absolutely glorious start to this festering turd of an effort. This also has the other affect of "is this really all Nintendo could come up with to show case the unique selling points of WiiUs controls? Because... hey... you are pushing lit dogshit through my content letter box here"

What a battle too. Judgement has to be the most pointless "prequel" I've ever seen. Nothing of importance/relevance happens. No greater insight in the Gears "lore" is gained. Even the characters are lifeless and I guess the lame excuse is that they are young. Eh wouldn't Cole Train be more obnoxious when he's young and the war has yet to take it's toll?

I mean the game's fun enough and it's got DAT Ass, but wow was it pointless.

The WiiU would be bombing in any case.  As Nintendo opted to not even try this time, we'll have to wait and see if the console market has been affected like the handheld market has. I think it has, though.

I was talking about this to a friend and it's really looking like it (friend was already an example of Smartphones/Tablets taking away the desire of a console).
