I remember Jericho only being good for the first season.
Wasnt there only one season? It definitely got less interesting as you discovered what happened and more connections to the outside world was made. Lost a lot of what made it good for me. (mystery, isolation)
There was a very brief second season where they clearly crammed basically the plot development for several seasons into something like six episodes. I still enjoyed it, but yeah, things suddenly happened fast. I did enjoy the development as it went on more than you did though, I was intrigued by the overall mystery and more than that, what the new world was like and how it all fit together.
Anyway, I watched Stephen Fry in America (2008) over the past few days and really enjoyed it. I really liked the variety in items, with serious items like touring New Orleans with an Iraq veteran who grew up there to visiting a 'witch' in Salem. It was a nice mix, though at times I did feel like it was a little
too focused on the lighter items and would have enjoyed a bit more substance. Stephen Fry's personality makes it all enjoyable to watch though, and the show was a nice and overall fairly positive look at the United States, which is a nice change of pace for European media these days. Some of the films really make me want to visit one day.
