The little Chinese restaurant had nice looking pig's ears (fried) so I'll try that soon, the rest I tasted today was great.
Truffle has an interesting taste but it's really overwhelming past the first slice. Good in very small quantities.
Foie gras is awesome too. That I prefer on its own, always thought it was gimmicky as an ingredient (except cooked on a pan).
