I went to TB yesterday and the line was too long for the amount of time I had for lunch.Denied by popular demand. :'(
I was with my boss and we didn't want to eat back at the office.
We settled for a nearby Popeye's. :'(I made up for it by getting a Bacon AM crunchwrap this morning.

On Tuesday, July 25 the fast-food chain will introduce “Taco Mode,” a special option on the Lyft ridesharing app that will allow passengers to tack on a Taco Bell “ride-thru.” Once a passenger selects “Taco Mode” on the app, the Lyft map will morph: Car icons will turn into tacos “and soon a taco-themed car will pick them up and take the passenger to their next destination: Taco Bell,” the Irvine-based chain said in a statement.
But there’s a catch.The Taco Mode/Lyft experiment will only be available from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. July 27-29 and Aug. 3-5 at the Taco Bell at 1400 West Coast Highway in Newport Beach. Riders within a certain geographical radius of the Newport Beach restaurant will be able to access the Taco Mode experience
Taco Bell and Lyft plan to add more Taco Mode ride-sharing options in other markets by the end of the year with an eventual national rollout expected in 2018

What's the next $5 box going to be? I'm nervous, as I've gone to TB more times in the past like 4 weeks than I had in probably 6 months for the double chalupa box. I don't want it to end. I still regret missing out on the BAWS nachos and Chicken Caesar Grilled Stuft Burrito.
Yeah, there's a potatorito box, but the double chalupa one hasn't gone away. So I just get the cha box since it costs way more than a rito does by itself and make it a $6 trip with the rito.
An Alabama 19-year-old was arrested after he bashed his twin brother’s head with a baseball bat over a Taco Bell meal.Tyler Tarell Dukes was charged with second-degree assault for the attack and taken to the Limestone County Jail, the News Courier reported.The victim, Dukes’ brother, told authorities he and his grandmother stopped by Taco Bell after he completed a test at Calhoun Community College.He picked up food for himself and his twin, but when he got home Dukes “became irate over having to share tacos and because his brother didn’t get him a soft drink,” according to a complaint filed by Limestone County Sheriff’s Lt. Rhett McNatt.
When deputies questioned Dukes about what started the fight, he said of his brother, “He is always disrespecting me.”
