Durant hasn't shot much.

It can go either way with him in the 2nd half, and that will determine how the series ends.

The thunder played better than most expected. They certainly were the favorite to win it at one point. But the Warriors just out execute everybody when it matters and they always have that wonderful 3 point shooting to fall back on.

I'm rooting for the Cavs of course but even as well as they've played this playoffs, it hard to see them matching the shots down the stretch the Warriors will make. I'll say Warriors in a 4-2 or 4-3 series.

The key for the Cavs will be Love. He's the question mark. He's the one that tends to either have a solid game or just a god awful game. And he's going to have his hands full with Draymond or whoever he has to "guard" on the Warriors.

Draymond's been trash for the better part of these playoffs. If anything, these cavs have the shooting to at least mitigate the runs steph and klay go on; they won't generate 84 fewer points from deep over the course of two games . We've seen how golden state struggles against tall teams who hit the offensive glass, I'd be more concerned about how Cleveland plans on winning the rebounding battle.

Healthy Cavs versus Healthy GS

Has the potential to be a classic.

2) Cavs in 6. King isn't losing this time, not with a healthy and rested squad.

But there’s one NBA Finals wager that could pay off for you even if you don’t place a single bet. Taco Bell recently announced a “Steal a Game, Steal a Taco” promotion, promising that if any team “steals a game” in the series—meaning that a visiting team wins on the home team’s court—participating Taco Bell locations across the land will pay off to the tune of one free Doritos Locos Taco per person. If you’re wondering, the fine print explains that customers would indeed get their choice of Doritos-flavored tacos. You can pick either Fiery Doritos, Cool Ranch, or the original Nacho Cheese.

Steph and Klay have shot like shit and they're still up 9, warriors bench showing up is not a good sign for cleveland

the offense needs to run through lebron, not kyrie; he was getting looks in the first quarter and producing, they need more of that

I'm seeing a fair amount of "Warriors were getting every shot they wanted" but for a lot of those perimeter jumpers they weren't even working for them, Cleveland was either fucking up switches/assignments/rotations or just straight up giving them open looks

its only so many holes (and lord knows there were a lot of them) you can patch up before the warriors just open up new ones tho. after facing OKC trees their offense ran like butter tonight bar like 5 mins in the 3rd where they went to sleep.

honestly the biggest defensive help might be telling kyrie to chill the fuck out on offense. breh played like he was on speed tonight.

Klay Thompson really made those strides that other white shooters like Morrison and Reddick could never make in terms of being able to create his own offense.

Edit: this went from a close game to a blowout very quickly.

Klay Thompson isn't white though!

Also Redick had a better 3pt% and eFG% than Thompson this year. Just saying.

Unless GS gets broken up by free agency/trades or suffers massive injuries I really don't see the Cavs winning a championship in 2-3 years Bron has left before he really falls off the skill cliff. Not to mention the Spurs have the potential to quickly reload and return to the finals, where they'd likely be better than the Cavs too.

Gonna be real interesting to see what Durant does. Perhaps the close series helped convince him OKC is heading in the right direction. Imagine if he joined the Spurs though. Or what if he joins an eastern conference team (Boston and Washington have been discussed iirc).

I expect, like a lot of people, that KD will sign a one year deal with OKC.

Because of salary cap rules, he can make a LOT more money from a contract starting in 2017 than 2016.  He'd also be able to coordinate his free agency with Westbrook's, if he wanted.

Better LeBron stays in the east to at least continue his dominance there.  Golden State certainly appears unbeatable until Curry gets into his 30s.

OKC is contending right now and, pace durant's and westbrook's free agency decisions, will continue to contend for a few more years. No team, not even in the east, has a roster as good and as young as what Durant already has in Oklahoma City. That, plus what Mandark outlined above, makes a one year deal make way too much sense for him to even consider moving. The San Antonio and Golden State rumors feel like pipe dreams. If he does move, it makes more sense to do it next year

fwiw, I think a healthy Memphis/LAC would have real shots at beating these cavs in a best of 7
