Russia has no liberal opposition as the "liberals" with ties to the west were the ones who are now calling for war (Medvedev, Solovyov) and the nationalist leader (Navalny) is in jail.
The communists were neutered by Putin years ago and are just controlled opposition. With Putin Shoigu is barely hanging on and without Putin he's toast.
