what's my best option to see anime on my android cellphone? chrome doesn't support flash so i can only use a few video streaming sites here and there... there is a crunchyroll app but of course that means being limited to what is on crunchyroll, like i've finaly decided to watch seikotai yakuindomo since they announced a season 2 and of course can't do that through crunchyroll...

Plex, bro. Download your animes to a PC, stream them to your phone.

But...uhh...I'm pretty sure Chrome does support Flash?

Quote
Android used to be the land of the free allowing all sorts of liberties including support for Adobe Flash, but since Android 4.1 Jelly Bean launched in June 2012, Adobe itself stopped developing Flash for mobile and the out-of-the-box support for the technology disappeared. The door for Flash remained opened until 4.3, though, as the AOSP Android browser shipping on every smartphone still supported Flash. Mobile Chrome did not play nice with it, but browsers such as Dolphin and Puffin (but really many others as well) filled in the gap and playing back Flash remained something that one could enable relatively easily.

With Android 4.4 KitKat (and all future versions for that matter), Google moves to Chromium for its WebView and this means Android now no longer supports Flash at all.

saddest part is the death of jokes like this one :'(

EDIT: huh apparently there is a modified flash player apk that work even on kitkat 4.4 so you can give the middle finger to google,so problem solved i guess

I think I attempted to count the panty shots in Aika, becuase it was just ridiculous to me even then.

One of those shows, either AIka or Najica (which are basically the same thing from the same pervy director), actually had a panty counter on its DVD release.   :lol  Never got what the deal with that director was and white PANTSU~.  Every show had the same boring underwear on everyone.  At least have some variety!

Aika and Najinca were actually very subtle satire, because they had so many panty shots every where that they eventually became boring.

Gotta admit, I did like how commited they were to the concept. It could only be topped if someone made a legitimate movie, with all the bells and whistles and a good plot and everything, but only strapped a tiny camera to the inner thigh of the actresses. Pointing up, of course.

But I guess that would go against the spirit of it since you're not "catching a peek" any more.

Attack on Titan seems right up my alley, and it has really good user ratings. Will see how this goes.

The only bad thing about Attack on Titan [other than the frequent use of pans over still images to save money for the really awesome parts], is that it ends without tying up virtually any of the loose ends and the manga is nowhere near finished.

reading the ika-musume manga, there are way more character than the anime! like a glass girl that become ika-musume pal and a bunch of scientist collegue from the blonde alien bimbo (who also makes a lot more appearance) there are 200 chapter but each chapter is only 8 page long so it's pretty easy to digest

Man, I finished Slayers Try and it was so disappointing after Slayers Next. No character development at all. It was still decent but disappointing.

I'm rewatching Cowboy Bebop to see if I think it's a better anime than FLCL aka BEST ANIMU EVER. The art is pretty ridiculous though. Amazing style, amazing contrast. It's not really a fair comparison with FLCL though cuz FLCL has a very easy going style.
Next is by far the best of the original three Slayers seasons. S1 did the same plot twice basically and after all the goings on of next you know Lina is op as fuck so there's not much of a sense of danger in Try. They're still all great though. CB Vs. FLCL isn't really a fair battle since FLCL is Gainax 100% unhinged and doing whatever the fuck they felt like basically (I have the versions of the DVDs that came with fat interview booklets and the staff involved noted that there's a robot in the show cause they felt like it, Haruko is playing the bass she's playing cause it's a rare one they think is fucking cool looking, etc) and Bebop is a really well done full length series. Most 26 ep sets have some blatant shitty filler but none of CB feels like a waste of time to me.

Space Dandy sucked. It is a gallery show of the worst elements of modern anime: terrible writing, shoe horning in sexual elements, misogyny, style over substance, great visuals and crap everything else, not a hint of character or charm. I was thoroughly bored the entire 30 minutes. That was dog shit. I'll give it 4 more episodes and if it doesn't impress until then I'm dropping it.

And in case you're wondering, the show is not only exactly the kind of trash you'd expect from a show with the word "sister" in the title, but in fact it's even worse because of the inclusion of ghost rape. Yes, the titular imouto of the series gets raped by a (female) ghost. For important plot reasons, totally. David Cage just wishes he'd thought of this.

Also, I started Beyond the Boundary. It seems promising. The glasses girl is portrayed well and I usually hate those shy/nervous girl characters. The immortal guy seems likable as well

Space Dandy was ok. A lot of the jokes fell pretty flat. Ok I get it, you can break the 4th wall. The narrator may have been the best part though. I also really hate Funimation dubs.

I guess I'll watch it, but it didn't do much for me.
