McCain is on a sinking ship and he knows it. There has been a lot of evidence suggesting McCain has PTSD, which is understandable, considering his experience in Vietnam. However, there have been a lot of stories about McCain flying off the handle.
I don't see how he thinks he's in an advantageous position at all. He is going to get a big hit tomorrow when people finally realize that Palin is as stupid as the librul pundits say, which puts McCain in a bind. If he keeps Failin, she will keep talking and every time she talks, its like Obama/Biden gets another percentage point. If he swaps her out with someone else, it shows that he is indecisive. He is really trapped.
I expect the Obama is a Muslim slanders but the thing is, he already did that about six months ago. The whole Barack Hussein Obama and Reverend Wright thing is old hat. They might try to bring it up again but this time, it will be seen as grasping for straws, not a legitimate attack.
