I wouldnt sell, apparently its a big NO NO. Why can you just go to blizzards website and shut off your account? Thats what I used to do when I took a break. Plus even if you give it to someone im sure blizzard will assume the worst and suggest money was exchanged anyway. Best not to go down that road

hell I can TAKE your 70 warrior if its legit and it helps you get your life back in order, just not sure how kosher it is. Like good food, throwing away a 70 warrior seems bad. Cant you just close your account on the website, that should be enough to deter you right?

Under normal circumstances I'm able to play for a good deal of time without compromising real life stuff. I procrastinate with or without WoW so it's no big deal.

Today I did Sethekk Halls and omg I failed so much. Everything started out so well too. There were two lv70s in the group, including a badass mage - and I was able to hold arrgo rather easily despite being the lowest level (lv66) in the group. Once we got to the final boss though...damn. He'd do this arcane attack, so in order to avoid it you'd have to hide behind these pillars right. Every fucking time he got finished with that attack he'd dive at the healer (lv70 druid) and I'd run over trying to save him. No matter how many sunders/shield slams/devastate/etc I did he'd keep running for the healer at that point. We wiped 3 times, maybe 4. And when we finally did beat him the healer was dead - I told everyone not to loot the body until he got back, but our rogue did it anyway.

Damn I felt sorry for the healer; the stuff he wanted dropped off the boss too. I told him it was all my fault afterward and he was cool about it. I'm not going back there for awhile  :lol  :'(

I just stop playing when I have to. WoW just takes up the time id normally spend with all the games I own that I dont play ;)

PD: I was in Sethekk Halls last night I think. They got to the last boss and wiped so they ran out and summoned me in to DPS the fuck outta the guy. Once you get his pattern down you can LOL as 3200 damage pyroblasts hit him in the face.

I made sure to stay as close as possible to the healer the time we won; I'll have to take on the boss again to get his pattern down, but if you fight near a pillar it's MUCH easier.

I'm gonna stick to Underbog/Slave Pens/etc for now though.

I'm working on my blacksmithing today lol. I got to lv300 and now I really want to get to lv330 so I can start making REAL armor. Too bad all the high level stuff binds once it's made, which makes NO sense. What's the point of being an armorsmith if you can't sell your best stuff to other players

That's a huge bummer. Another beef about being a blacksmith: not being able to repair your own armor, and other player's armor as well...makes no sense. I hate being in groups with someone who dies once and is like "whoops my armor is all red now gotta hearth to SW lol." UGGHH fix your armor before coming to an instance. But if blacksmiths could fix it that wouldn't be a problem.

Once I get to lv330 I'm going to make this

It's a perk for leveling the tradeskill, which in the case of Blacksmithing is very expensive.

I'm at lv329 woot. One more and I'm cruising to awesome armor for ME. But damn I've wasted so much gold today

Just finished Auchenai Crypts

We got NO drops from mobs. I've never seen that happen. And all the boss drops were meh, at least to me (mail stuff, cloth, etc). I doubt I'll come back

We wiped a couple times mainly due to not knowing the instance at all. But overall it was pretty easy, plus we had another badass lv70 mage

For 1, the bottom left action bar is static regardless of your stance.  You should focus on having abilities that transfer across all stances or else you wind up wasting space on there with abilities you can't use.

You also want to focus on making most of your commands accessible with your left hand (especially commands that you would use more often than every 30 minutes).  This frees your right hand from having to move away from the mouse to hit the keyboard or from having to overstretch your left hand to reach keys past the #6.

Also...ew...F buttons?  Those are too far away for me.  I'd use 1-6 for your main commands for each stance, and Shift+1-Shift+6 for commands that translate across each stance.  I also set hot keys for shift a-s-d-f-space bar and a few others that are close to the left-handed home keys to make sure all of my skills are being represented in reachable hotkeys.  It'd be faster to click on some of your skills than use a hot key the way you have it set up.

Sucks for PVE and is completely uncalled for in PVP.

1-5 is where I keep the spells I use the most, especially Devastate/Shield Block/Revenge. I have big hands so using the f buttons is easier than holding down shift for me; out of those, the main ones I use are F1-F4.

On the top left I've got that question mark, which is a tab macro. It's much easier just clicking that than having to push the tab button along with all the others. I DO need to fix my hot key set up, but the placement of the first four will most likely stay

I wanna play right now. I wanna kill sum scrub rogues in EotS like I did last night. Worst 70 rogues ive ever seen. Oh god and the HUNTERS. I swear half the time they dont even pull out a melee weapon they just spin in place.

How to kill bad Hunters as Mage:

BLINK LOL CANT SHOOT ME
FROST NOVA
ICE LANCE TILL NOVA BREAKS
OMG FIREBLAST OMG CRIT
OMG DRAGONS BREATH LULZ
LOL AT PET
FROST NOVA WHUT?
ICE LANCE ICE LANCE
HA HA HA BLAST WAVE
OH SHITZ FIREBLAST
ICE NOVA LULZ ICE LANCE ICE LANCE

If the fight goes long Ice Block till DB and BlastWave come back then BAM LOL DPS.  You really dont even need to sheep the pet with so much burst dps and cc at yer command. Really the only class I fear are Rogues, cause Cheat Death is a pain the ASS

ok, i'll add you.

yeah, they're damn competent.  last night we ran BFD with a distinguished mentally-challenged fellow hunter and a pally who quit half way in and we still managed to make it out just fine.  Though i think i saw my first ever case of huntardism.

he would use concussion shot for no reason, would forget to use his pet, would constantly not control his aggro so he ended up melee the whole time.  couldn't use ice traps and would "need" roll EVERYTHING.  it got so bad the party leader had to set master looting.

you know it's bad when you and the other members of the party were just whispering mocking the other people.  they were contemplating starting their own guild, but they'd have to find ten competent people first.  I told them about you all and they seem down, but we just have to be on when Drinky is on

Definitely. Instances are really what got me hooked to the game. I had so much fun doing Deadmines over and over again, meeting great people, bragging, etc. So many people were doing that instance, all trying to kill VC lol. Back then I don't remember being much of a tank, I was instead just having a bunch of fun.

On MAF's service I notice no one really does Deadmines which sucks; there were always lots of horde players around the instance when I did it with Goinio.

Hm so I downloaded the game onto a computer at my parents' house and when I tried to play it crashed after about 5 minutes. I tried a couple more times with the same result. The first time it crashed I got an error result; while I don't remember exactly what it said, I'm pretty sure it looked something like this (found this through google):

ERROR #132 (0x85100084)
Program:        C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
Exception:      0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 0023:557102CD

CS =0023      DS =002B      ES =002B      SS =002B      FS =005B      GS=0063

Since the first crash all I get is a black flashing screen.

Anyone know what's up? I'm looking it on on Google as well

Yup, that seems to have fixed the problem; I played for more than 30 minutes without it crashing, although I wasn't confident enough to help a guy who was begging me to do Slave Pens with his group lol.

just ran sm library with a great pally -- awesome cc skills and could hold aggro perfectly, always stunned fleeing mobs et al -- and two of the DUMBEST FUCKING LOCKS EVER. they were always running their fuckin succubi around drawing aggro, and they'd roll need on leather/mail and 2h weapons the pally needed. the pally finally got pissed and kicked the worst offender out, and the other one kinda shaped up after that, but ARGH a normally one hour run strecthed into 2-and-a-half. i have never done more rezzes EVER in an instance run. (me and the pally never wiped once, although it got dicey when we had 3 chaplains + 3 monks on just us, fuckin' healing mobs. thanks, retardolocks.) i got my quest complete at least, although the warlocks made off with all the good cloth shit. grrr.

oh, and the pally asked if they had hunter alts, and one of them said YES -- it WAS pretty obvious that they were playin' their lock alts like hunters. arghdfsljgfdsl;jgfdas

oh, and the other classic moment: when the dumbest of the pair wiped, we sat around waiting for him to soulstone. finally, i got tired and rezzed him, and asked him Y NO SOULSTONE and he said "???????" ghkdhjl;gfdlkfghjdklsdghkdsfghlksdfhfdsklhgfsd

oh oh oh oh, and when we sat in the hall of antiquities or whatever, divvying up mana pots and moonberry juice, because neither of the locks BROUGHT ANY MANA REPLENISHMENT ITEMS wtf srsly wtf boom
