If you want to buy them they're on the Viz Media app for 4.99 a volume. There's 66 volumes so that comes down to 329 dollars.

If you want to pirate, there's torrents but know that sites like mangareader and stuff have really bad translations.

I dunno about a reliable streaming site for it, but you can get it from nyaa.eu.

I downloaded the Korean-subbed .MP4 version and English subs for it that cover up the Korean subs.

The subtitles were kind of shitty (spelling errors, some lines not subbed, a few bad translations, etc.) but watchable. I LOL'd at the sub guy asking for money at the end.

No, I mean I thought he was one of the only characters to die ON SCREEN. I remember Bellamy loses and then Doflamingo fucks him up for losing and you're like "HOLY SHIT THIS DOFLAMINGO GUY IS EVIL. HE JUST KILLED A DUDE LIKE IT WAS NOTHIN" but I guess he only slightly injured him enough to leave a scar :X

iirc, Doflamingo told him he could do whatever he wanted but not as a part of his crew/under his flag anymore. Then he controlled Bellamy's partner to stab him in the back and we heard him scream off-screen.

With Bellamy now confirmed alive, I think the only off screen deaths left un-retconned are Tom and Gin. And bringing either of them back alive would probably upset me, unlike the he-man bellamy we got going here.

One issue with the arena battle is that we already know 90% certain who is going to win because of how stories work, so there's no mystery or tension. For this group, it's almost got to be Bellamy since he has story and Bellamy vs. Luffy re-match + other block winners in the final round makes sense.

I thought this weeks One Piece was actually good despite all the fodder. Oda surprised us. I thought we were going to get a Bellamy x Luffy rematch but Bartolomeo is an interesting match up. Finally, someone who'll give Luffy some trouble in the New World.
