it goes without saying, Marshall's clowning antics were a big part of his appeal, they were most palatable when put to use shitting on himself and/or concocting completely outlandish narratives that were probably equally suitable for a stand-up routine. SSLP has more of that, which I'm willing to bet is why it's remembered more fondly.
