Valve announced "Big Picture" mode for Steam. Basically it's a steam interface designed for your TV that can be navigated with a controller/gamepad.

fuck C&C RA3 crashes when the game starts (black screen but the cursor changes) then crashes. My graphics drivers are up to date and my pc should have no problem playing it. Any ideas?

Try turning off all overclocks.

my graphics card comes overclocked? change that too? otherwise nothing is OC.

Geeeer sent a message to EA tech support saying that my drivers were up to date, that I am not running unnecessary background processes and that the game installed correctly. There reply was to update my drivers, don't run any unnecessary background processes and to make sure the game installed correctly.

All their shit is overpriced here. Was $80 for Alpha Protocol, when I could get it for $29 from the UK.

They're still better than Activison ($90 for COD)

I started playing it last week! I got like 15 mins in past the tutorial and thought it saved and then I quit; the next time I played it said I had to start from scratch and I google'd and read you have to complete entire levels in 1 go as the game doesn't save at checkpoints (laaaame).

Will get back to it, but didn't really feel like doing the tutorial again last week.

I hope Brink does alright. Battlefield 3 is the other multiplayer game I know I'll get into, but Brink might have some troubles and it looks really great.
