James Bond Bloodstone is $14.  Anyone play it?  I haven't disliked a Bizarre Creations game, but reviews were pretty crap.

It's a standard cover-based shooter with the Mark & Execute feature from Splinter Cell: Conviction. It also features Daniel Craig, Judi Dench and Josh Stone as a bond girl. For $14 you could do a whole lot worse when it comes to Bond games.

Oh and it has a MW-like online component that nobody played.

Yeah, but does it even feel like a Bizarre Creations product?  Or just some generic cover shooter by some generic team?  When I hear Bond action game by Bizarre I think gunplay like The Club and driving sections like PGR/Blur.

I kinda went back and forth with my decision to purchase Blood Stone.  It's Activision, which means stingy pricing even for the bombs, so this might be the best price for a while.  But it's still $14 to support a middling sounding game that destroyed the developer.  Ultimately: nah, son.

It's supposed to be ~4 hours of linear cinemaction stuff.  The most reassuring comments I've heard compare it to Everything or Nothing, one of the two best Bond games next to the Wii Goldeneye game.  On that, while it's not on PC or consoles that matter, Goldeneye on the Wii is really great.  Oddly, the Daniel Craig model in that is better than the Blood Stone one.

Is there something fucked up with Steam servers atm? TF2 is crashing every time at the loading screen and when I tried going to the forums to see what's up every click results in a database error so I refresh till the page loads then I find 1 other recent post with someone having the exact same problem. I go to reply, database error. Everything else is running fine on OSX, should've dl'd it on fucking Windows, smh...

Some chick runs around and gets wet and her boobs jiggle, but in a totally realistic way not like DOA4, because the best jiggle is the jiggle you don't even notice.

I'm loving it so far. The combat is a bit daunting the first time you get wiped out in seconds, but the learning curve isn't that steep at all. Ninja Gaiden Black it is not. And oh my god does it look nice.
