Arrested Development :'(
How I miss thee.

Easily David Cross' best role. I wish he would go back to doing some stand up, though.

I dunno. I think this was his only really great arc on AD. Most of the time it seemed like they really didn't know what to do with him.
His standup was kinda good. I dunno. . .I kinda think that Mr. Show was perfect for him and I wish he would do it again. He just like, guest appears on all sorts of shit these days. He needs a new, focused project.

While I agree that Mrs. Featherbottom was his best arc on the show, you didn't care for his acting escapades? The time he tried out for the Blue Man Group? I thought Tobias, GOB and George Michael were the most consistently funny characters on the show.
-
I don't usually go for slapstick, but :lol
It was like everyone in that show was playing the role they were born for.

The Blue Man Group arc had its moments, but it was played for too long, and there were definitely some things I didn't like about it. I can't name specifics because it has been a while. But every time I remember good Cross moments, I remember shit like the awful hair extensions subplot.

like the seventh time I saw that scene I finally noticed the picture falling in the background
that's quality

The hair extensions thing was probably the least funniest part of the entire series.
the Martin Short scenes are in the running though

Martin Short pretty much consistently ruins everything he's in, though.

Eh, Martin Short was bad, but that was just one episode. The Tobias hair thing seemed to comprise the vast majority of his scenes in season 3.
