You see, when people piss you off, like any good Christian or Buddhist, you want sweet revenge. Sweet anonymous revenge that won't come back to you or be traced to you. This is my favorite little peice of revenge, executed at least 4 times and not traced back once.
And it's free.
If someone pisses you the hell off, be it your ex-girlfriend who is now spreading rumors, the neighbors down the street who won't turn their shit down, or someone who ebayed or sold you some gipped shit, find out their address. Make sure you know the exact house number, street/lane address, city and state.
Then find out who is the head of the household. It's pretty easy to determine. If the person pissing you off is in Hgih School, it's likely their parents. A pretty easy way to find out is just looking up their parents in the phone book. It rarely fails.
Then find out all the utilities in the area. Especially Power and Water. Usually only one company covers power and water of a given area. Get the utilities provider's service phone number
Go to a public phone and call the number. Tell them you are the head of the house, and that you're moving soon, and would like to get all your utilities turned off. They rarely ask other questions not pertaining to them. The most they've asked me is "Are you moving in an area covered by us?" "Would you like to transfer service?" Keep telling them no until they get the point.
Voila. If they come up the next day smelling and/or looking like shit, you know why. Revel in your self-satisfaction

I usually just sign them up for Scientology. However, this is much better. Are you sure you don't have to know SSNs or any other info like that?

I've done this way too many times to people in the past. Thank god its never happened to me personally.

That wouldn't work. Everytime you call either your power or cable company they ask for the last 4 of your SS # along with various other little questions. At least, that's what mine do.
