I don't even have an SD I think. It has like only two cables: one video, one audio. I don't know much about tv's lol

Umm.... that's SD.

Screens look pretty good, but Bungie doesn't appear to be pushing the 360 at all in terms of graphics.

it'll probably look a lot better in singleplayer, they're just showing new environments in these screens.

You need a new TV. With what you've got, you'll be stuck using the yellow/red/white AV cable.
