I don't have the time or the money to go the gym. I have never worked out in my life. What're some pretty simple home exercises I can do just to, oh, burn some fat? I'm not looking to get a raging Six Pack, just to tone out a little.
And don't start with TRY WALKIN G LOL because I end up walking like 4 miles a day.

OK - here are some HOTT "home work" moves
- Get a sturdy yet cozy chair that gives proper back support
- A desk lamp makes it easier to read than full room lighting
- I recommend keeping a calculator handy, unless you are in front of your computer as math can be tricky without
- try not to snack in between each assignment, and try to snak on healthy things while studying - I reocmmend pistachios and yogurt....fresh fruit is always a winner, especially if you are brushing up for some kind of IQ competition
- Try to bring a friend so that they can study too and then you can cross quiz one another on the materials.

go to www.worldofwarcraft.com and download the demo, then just dont eat

Get a pair of cheap dumbbells (look in garage sale ads). You need weight to increase resistance and resistance leads to building muscle quicker.
Then HIGH reps of whatever exercise you choose.
When you are sitting down watching TV, you can pick up a dumbbell and do all kinds of exercises while you are sitting there. Makes it a breeze.

I'd suggest cardio to trim body fat before you attempt to tone with weights.
-
Increased muscle mass has the benefits of burning more calories.
An extra 10 pounds of muscle will therefore burn approximately 350 to 500 extra calories per day, or over 3,500 per week.
You would have do 20-40 minutes of cardio everyday to burn that many calories.

Wii Tennis is broken. You can keep swinging the racket over and over and you'll never miss. Although sometimes you'll knock it out of bounds. Still, I've yet to lose a set.
