Title: Anyone ever hear of "Smart Water"?
Post by: Christopher on July 05, 2007, 01:04:34 AM: I've heard of it before but has there been a fad or something that's exploded almost EVERYONE at the gym has a bottle of it now - it was like something over night, what the hell is in "smart water" vitamins or something?

No it isn't. It's water with electrolytes - that's it. I drink that shit by the gallon.
