Title: Anyone else having trouble breathing at night this time of year?

I sleep on my back but over the past few weeks it seems like I cant breathe normal while im trying to fall asleep. I do better on my side sometimes. Im wondering if its allergies.

Maybe when you fall asleep, your cat is sucking out your breath like in all those folktales.

Nah if it was sleep apnea id be waking up in the middle of the night, and often

Well usually, you're supposed to stop drinking before you sleep.
