It's not even cooked unlike other fine tasting foods. It doesn't even require any culinary skills other than cutting. I think sashimi tastes ten times better than raw fish. If I weren't afraid of having parasites in my intestines, I'll be eating sashimi almost everyday. It's high in protein, low in fat and it tastes good.

Assumptions make you look like a..what's the word? I had sashimi at a place called brother's sushi in the san fernando valley. It was THE place to go at the time and we spent an obscene amount of money for food so fucking nasty.

Cause my metabolism took off, low fat cereals like Rice Chex, Special K, and Cheerios are a great way to kill hunger pangs and not fuck up yer diet. I mix in a salad sometimes. All of my weight (and I MEAN all) goes right to my torso, which = comedy if I dont take appropriate measures.
Also im not much of a hick at all, dunno why you got that idea ;P

Eating milk and cereal is actually not the best way to lose weight. Go on a chicken breasts and vegetables diet and I guarantee that you'll lose at least 5lbs of fat in 2 weeks. Don't you drink tea? Green tea helps with fat burning also. Heavy consumption of alcohol is also not conducive to having a lean body. Real exercise would also help but playing MLB07 is probably the closest to exercise that you'll get since you're drinking so often.
I guess I got the mistaken idea that you were a hick because of your stories about heavy drinking, obsession with a baseball game, living in a car during college, etc... I just like to stereotype because I am a true American.

My family wasn't well off, and I haven't made a really good living until recently. Sometimes you gotta live outta yer car to make ends meet while attending college level stuff or to avoid annoying parents who insisted they wouldnt drive you insane if you bunked during college! YRAHEAHH!!!!!

Im actually not that unhealthy, I eat more vegetables than most, not really overweight, dont smoke. If anything makes me unhealthy its my lack of sleep and love affair with hard liquor. I dont drink so much I vomit tho, thats not my style.

I just find it cool that you are way more interested in staying healthy than most. You have an actual interest in it. I give kudos!

What were you eating before? I eat out way more often than I should. For dinner, I go to nice restaurants which have good but extremely fattening foods. For lunch, I have stuff like burgers, pizza, or casual Chinese/Thai which are even more fattening. I'm also a huge ice cream guy. I just ate a box of Haagen Daaz yesterday. My metabolism is higher than average, so I'm don't get fat even when I consume 3000-3500 calories a day. Still, I've gained 15 lbs in the last year because I haven't had the time to exercise.

That's pretty pathetic for a black guy. I've seen plently of 5'7 black people dunking or getting very close. I'm 5'10, not black and I can almost dunk when I'm in shape. My arms are short for my height. If my arms were as long as most blacks, I would be doing 360s like Nate Robinson. Well, at least you're hung down to your knees, like most black men.

spicy tuna rolls are so fuckin' good. it's somewhat like sashimi since it's still in the raw, but you can't really tell because there's so much flavor. TVC, i can understand why you hate japanese food... you live in WA of all places. come over here to the CA bay area, you'll probably change your mind. there's just so much damn good japanese food here, especially if you're not into sushi.

Smooth: I cant even get away with 2000 a day. I dial back to 1200 or so at most since my job is a desk job and im past the age of metabolic youth powar
