Title: MP4 movies on the PSP

How do I get the MP4 movies that I download off PSN to work properly on the PSP?  I transfered the MGS4 movie directly to the PSP but it won't play.  Remote Play's video quality sucks ass so I'll rather watch it directly on the PSP.
