I love women who are strong because they are strong people. Women who abuse the system to appear stronger dont get much of my respect as a person.

At least the school has it's priorities straight. From a link on the front page of Ryerson:
Over the next three years, Dr. Church will interview 100 women with disabilities to learn what their clothing says about their place in society. By exploring their closets and listening to their stories, she hopes to gain insight into how women with disabilities present themselves to a world that may not welcome their different bodies. Dr. Church hopes to present the results in an “analytic fashion show.”
Dr. Church's research is supported by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. Her other research projects are funded by Human Resources and Social Development, and the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration.
