Title: I don't get how people can like Halo CE over Halo 2

The presentation is leagues better than the original, and although the campaign might be shorter by a wee bit, the story is far more interesting on the basis that you can play The Arbiter (arguably the coolest character in Halo, since Master Chief is for cockfags) alone.  Plus, let's not even compare multiplayer, where the polish, modes and options of Halo 2 still outshine the best of what the genre has to offer on Microsoft's next gen console.

Both are terribly overrated. Halo 2 is a 9.9, apparently. PERFECTION AM ACHIEVED.

the Halo 2 campaign was just boring. I played through Halo 1 many times, and all the levels are fun (except maybe the library). In Halo 2, I only play the Earth levels. The levels on Delta Halo or the Covenant ship are just boring. It doesn't help that the Brutes are maybe the worst enemies that Bungie has created.

Obviously the Halo 2 multiplayer is better though.

Halo 2 was over-ambitious rushed crap. On a technical level Halo 2 is a freaking mess, with problems all over the place. The environments were a lot more interesting but were shorter and im sorry but I dont like the Arbiter. The focus was obviously put on multiplayer, which did nothing but create a haven for obnoxious college nerds that want to be racist online while they shoot me in the face. The matchmaking is a nice pair of diapers to make me wear but its not enough.

Halo 1 was at the very least consistant, and IS one of the best console FPS games ever made.

How can you not like The Arbiter?  He is the best part of these dumb games so far!

The campaign in Halo 2 was shit, and I enjoyed multi player in Halo 1 much more. You know, before they gave sniper fucking ridiculous body drag. Now any idiot can pick up a controller and be great. Noob friendly shit.
