It's where we send threads to die. 

I don't like to delete topics unless they contain sensitive information that I might want or use at a later time.  Also, I like to see why a topic was moved instead of just coming home to see it deleted, in case anyone cries of moderator injustice.  Initially, it was only viewable to moderators, but we've let the Icons have access to it as part of their privileges.

Most of you aren't supposed to know about it, but Blue (hey dummy!) stupidly posted a redirect topic. :maf
