Homer: You don't like your job, you don't strike. You go in every day and do it really half-assed. That's the American way.
Futurama is so much better.
I haven't looked at the list yet, but most of those quotes had better come from Ralph Wiggum... or else.
Futurama was a consistantly better show, but I think I'm sodomizing dead horses when I say that seasons 2 through 6 (or so) are unrivaled among animated television series.
To say otherwise means you're distinguished mentally-challenged.
The greatest Simpsons quote ever will be the "The end" sign featured in the impending last episode of this borefest.

So to say "Futurama is better" is pretty much distinguished mentally-challenged too.

That's basically what I'm driving at. It isn't exactly fair to compare nearly 20 years of The Simpson's to 5 seasons of Futurama. There are far more good-to-excellent episodes of The Simpson's than there are episodes of Futurama, good or bad. And Futurama doesn't even approach The Simpson's high points.
Homer: How could you?! Haven't you learned anything from that guy who gives those sermons at church? Captain Whatshisname? We live in a society of laws! Why do you think I took you to all those Police Academy movies? For fun? Well, I didn't hear anybody laughing, did you? Except at that guy who made sound effects. Makes sound effects and laughs. Where was I? Oh yeah! Stay out of my booze.
