There's definitely a cultural thing there. I had a black female coworker who was hooking up with a manager at Blockbuster. When I asked her if she could get me some free rentals in exchange for *hand-on-back-of-head bobbing-up-and-down motion* she said "Oh, he's not getting THAT from me."

Maybe it's a result of white girls tending to care more about technical virginity? Even way after virginity's an issue, if they trained themselves to think of HJ's and BJ's as Not Sex, then it's natural that they'd be more casual with those.
