Title: Should we report FatalT to the FBI?

South Carolina's are nice. An 18 year old can legally have sex with a 15 year old (I think).

Well yeah, but it's still illegal in regards to federal law, right? So the FBI could still bust your ass.

Haha I have no idea. I'd imagine you're right, though. Just stay away from explicit IM convos--never know where the undercover cops are.

The little brother of a kid I kinda sorta dated (read: was stalked by lol) before Ecro was just arrested and jailed for doing something like that. He was talking to a 14-year-old girl online and they were going to meet up in a parking lot for sex in his car. Turned out "she" was an undercover cop. He was 20, so it would have been stat rape and now he's a sex offender.

I'm not quite sure how I feel about that though. A 20-year-old kid who was going to meet a 14-year-old girl for CONSENSUAL sex is a far cry from some sick guy in his 40s who lures little preteen girls and boys from playgrounds and rapes or molests them, yet they both carry that "sex offender" title and are then screwed forever.

I'm all about protecting our children and everything, but seriously? There are different degrees of "sex offenders". Seriously.
