Thanks for the heads up, Demi.  For sure, I'm going with the look and sound of perfect for Hot Fuzz.  Not sure about Shaun though since I still remember the movie too well to pay $35 to watch it in HD.  I also need to find a better place to buy Hd-dvds than Best Buy.  I like piling up the reward pts but their HD movies are way overpriced.

Why you got to be like MAF, bro?  I thought you were down with high tech.  At least Maf had a good excuse.  With the 360's Hd-dvd add-on, you don't even have to worry about wearing out the laser for games.

I'm blu-ray, MAF is in neither camp.

Now I kinda regret picking up Shaun a couple of months back...Best Buy is selling it + Hot Fuzz for $20. I think Hot Fuzz is $17 by itself. :-\

I won't be picking up 300 either.

Well, I prefer Blu-ray too since they've stopped using crappy codecs but mainly because they seem to be less scratchable.  I don't like handling the double side combo Hd-DVD/DVDs.  Since the audio/visual qualities are the same, I don't mind getting the Hd-dvd version when it's the only one available.
