I have to stay away from that stuff. All last week I ate fast food, just as a good bye; I'm gonna go 3 months without buying anymore of that shit, and see if I can go more after that. I had a Baconator last monday, a quad stacker last tuesday, a medium pizza last wednesday, etc...then had fried fish and chicken at a family reunion during the weekend. GOIN OUT WITH A BANG

From now on it's just chicken breast, salad, etc for me. Hell I poured out all my salt shakers earlier today so I wouldn't be tempted to spray my black eyed beans with them (mmm they were good, but I wanted sodiummmm).

Their calorie count is not too bad actually, considering a whopper with cheese is 850 calories, yikes.  But they are so good.  But it makes sense since the dogs are just protein and fat but 1 gram of fat is 9 calories whereas on 1 gram of protein is 4 grams.
