Title: DRIV3R

Anyone remember this game? I never owned it, but I played a good bit of it at a friend's house when it was new.

I remember having a good time with it, especially the custom camera mode. As long as you compare it to Driver instead of GTA, I remember it faring well.

Anyway, I just bought it, I'm wondering if I'm crazy and it's just pure shit on every level.

the first driver was fucking awesome. i loved that game. the sequel sucked big time, though. they shouldn't have let you walk around the streets, the game is all about driving cars and it should've stayed that way.

this commercial for the first one made me buy the game

I remember how amazing the first one looked when it came out.  It's aged pretty well too.

Driver doesn't get enough credit. Everyone jerks off over GTA3 when many of its mission ideas are lifted right from Driver.
