I may try a book called The Midnighters by Scott Westerfeld. I was talking to a friend about Persona 3 the other day and he suggested I read this book since it has a similar premise.

I may give it a shot.

After I finish these Hindu books, I'm going to move onto Greek and Norse mythology to learn about the lesser known myths.

I love mythology!!!

I'm incredibly lacking in the book world.  I wish I could say I read a lot, but I really don't.  I don't really know what the good books are, other than the classics in literature and such.

Right now I'm reading 1984 and Crime and Punishment, the former cause I wanted to and the latter cause of ap english summer reading.

Are there any good book sites or magazines that go over what good books are coming out? And no, I'm not talking about places like NY Times. I want a dedicated place that's all about TEH BOOKS.

I'm still chipping away at LotR, I've just started reading "Return of the King". Man, Sam and Frodo totally go homo after their encounter with Shelob. I mean, in the movie it had some undertones but the book really drives it home!
