She mispronounced the game name so bad it wasn't even funny. If COOKING MAMA at Gamecrazy ever pronounced it that badly, I woulda mocked her.

I'm a jerk to COOKING MAMA and MISTER PONYTAIL.  :(

Gametrailers says that it's good for RPG fans, but also that there're excessive level grinding and that the characters' subplots are poor in their video review...

I love level grinding, and I hate characters, so I'm good there!

Level grinding is a petty excuse to make a game devoid of any strategy whatsoever.

She said that I was just a lame one-night stand, and that middle managers at burgeoning software empires don't compare to wealthy playboys as long-term dating material.

She also likes it in the butt, and I don't do that. :(

Level grinding is a GREAT excuse to tweak numbers and customize statistics!

From what I hear, even WITH grinding, VPS is a difficult game, so I win all around!

TAKE YOUR ANIMU AND SHOVE IT, TEENBOY

I prefer the Dragon Quarter and SMT take where it's all about strategy rather than grinding.

No you don't. You prefer shit like Suikoden and Xenosaga where it's NONE OF THE ABOVE.

Not really. I like Suikoden and Xenosaga but in terms of gameplay they don't hold a candle to Dragon Quarter or SMT.

You mean you can like TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF GAMES??? I can enjoy both level grinding games AND tactically deep games AT THE SAME TIME???

:o :o :o

dang, widescreen mode is nice, but it has some of the poorest image quality of all PlayStation 2 titles ever released... there's flicker and aliasing everywhere, though on the flipside, its artwork and overall allure make it rivalize with Eternal Arms on Xbox 360 in terms of impressiveness

the "2.5D side-scrolling" way in which you breeze through villages and forests is kinda stupid IMO... Alicia is cute... the dialogue seems interesting, and it's got a VERY nice medieval ambiance... combat seems neat too

a nice mature change from all the emo-steampunk JRPG crap that fills the PS2's library

Image Quality was never something I expected from my ol ps2....UNTIL I SAW OKAMI AND Zone of Enders 2!

the whore just called me asking if I wanted to trade in Saints Row for $35.00

I couldn't bring myself to speak to her, knowing that she probably just got off the phone with some other guy...

Hell she just called me yesterday and wanted my Enchanted Arms for $35. This is a new tactic i've not seen before. Calling people who have preordered a specific game to tell them they should trade it in. Thats fucking annoying.

Viva el Walton empire!

They don't give a fucking shit about pre-ordering games and have lower prices than Gamestop and pals.
