Title: Man caught on tape stealing surveillance camera

A man on a surveillance camera stealing a surveillance camera. Not just one, but three video cameras in all from a school in Stockton - and they all captured him doing it.

"We believe he removed the third camera by using a table. Using a pry bar, he was able to reach the third camera," said Stockton School District Security Chief Rick Leyba. "I think a lot of people are upset at the fact that he is stealing from a schools."

The video during the theft recorded the action as it was happening and stored on a computer. You can see his face clearly and during a close-up, it even looks like he's smiling.

I didn't even notice that, and his first name is Rick, which probably means the full first name is Richard, which means he could be Dick Leyba.
