I don't think any non-eating contest competitor can eat that thing in one sitting. :lol I have a huge appetite and I can't even eat 1/2 of it at full strength. Usually, 4-5 people will split one between them. You can basically choose any Mexican meat you want in it, and it comes with all the usual stuff like rice, guacamole, cheese, etc. It's also served wet, enchilada style. But they're really cool about customizing it so you can basically have whatever you want. It's been an extremely popular place in East LA for a long time. If the Mexicans like it, you know it's got to be good.

Last time I went, I got a Bonzai Burrito. It had Chow Mein, White Rice, Oranges (small slices), Chicken Teriyaki and Almonds with American Cheese glueing it all together. It...it was magnificent... (They also make a mean Cheesesteak)
