Title: Who's the guy who was making those Seinfeld gifs?

I'm watching the cookie with the black and white cookies and shit. Jerry goes "look to the cookie Elaine," then he holds up his cookie, there's a quick cut to a black man who holds up his cookie in response, and that's it.

That would make a beautiful GIF.

I saw that episode too, yesterday! :rofl (Was it on Fox? Or TBS? I don't remember) but oh man, its the first time I've seen the Black dude in that episode (and I've watched it many many times) :rofl
