Title: I think the people in my office are subtly telling me to fuck off
Post by: bagofeyes on August 09, 2007, 08:49:09 PM: These other jerks in here have never talked to me. And recently when I've come in in the morning and say good morning, they don't even say it back. Plus, this morning I just got in, and my chair is broken, so it just sags backwards with no back support :-\

That doesn't matter. I often get the same treatment...basically some teachers will say good morning, some will actually engage in conversation ( :o :o), and many will act as if I don't even exist. Got used to that a long time ago.

I also love it when the teachers who never even acknowledge my presence will go to a (Japanese) English teacher if they want (usually it's "need") to say something to me. These people all know I can speak some Japanese, yet they never communicate with me directly.

That's their subtle way of hinting at you to get the fug outta their country.
